Edible fungus is a large, edible mushroom (big fungus), commonly known as mushrooms.
China is known to have more than 350 edible fungi, including many of the burden of bacteria sub-door. Common edible fungi are: mushrooms, straw mushroom, mushrooms, fungus, tremella, hericium, bamboo fungus, pine mushroom (tricholoma matsutake), mushroom, red mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum, cordyceps sinensis, truffles, pleurotus nebrodensis and bovine liver fungus, a few belong to the sub-sac bacteria, including: Morel, saddle bacteria, truffles and so on.
These fungi are grown in different regions and different ecological environments respectively.
